A fantastic opportunity with an Australian household name company has become available for a passionate design leader to take the company’s digital experience to the next level. Working collaboratively with the design team and internal stakeholders, you will be key in all stages of the digital product lifecycle, from research and inception, all the way through to delivery.

You will be a senior member of the CX team, reporting directly into the Head of CX, with the ability to be on the tools as well as providing leadership to junior members of the design team. You will champion innovative design solutions and set the vision for the ongoing design direction of the company

**About the role**:

- Mentor design team members to uphold best UX/UI practices
- Work closely alongside internal stakeholders to inform designs
- Develop a close understanding of and advocate for customer needs
- Prepare and facilitate workshops to understand business vision and requirements
- Estimate and manage timelines, collaborating with the wider project team to integrate this with the overall delivery program
- Review and monitor CX performance to highlight areas for further optimisation

**About you**:

- Previous experience establishing and managing design systems and UI design direction
- Ability to take ownership and management over all aspects of the UX/UI process
- Strong communication skills - you’re able to build a product vision and gain buy-in from stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to delivery quality outcomes
- Highly skilled with design tools such as Figma, producing wireframes and prototypes at varying levels of fidelity
