- Reporting to the Leadership Design Lead, the
**Leadership Facilitation Consultant** will facilitate leadership development workshops, training sessions and experiential learning activities as part of Crown’s Leadership Program as well as design leadership and training modules for best practice.
**Some responsibilities of the role include**:
- Utilise instructional learning techniques to document, track program changes and store documentation appropriately.
- Engage participants through interactive and learner-centered facilitation techniques.
- Create a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages open dialogue and collaboration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including program sponsors, participants, and senior leaders.
**To be successful, you will need**:
- Outstanding and engaging group facilitation skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience facilitating leadership capability models and innovative leadership development programs across diverse contexts.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and change.
- Proven experience in leadership development, instructional design, and facilitation.
- Qualification in Adult Education and/or HR related discipline desirable as well as leadership diagnostics desirable e.g., LSI, Leadership Circle.
