About the role
Permanent part time opportunity to provide a professional and courteous Switchboard service to staff and clients of the hospital, ensuring appropriate action and response within suitable timeframes. Provide a service to support hospital staff in the allocation, coordination and fault repair of all pager units for the hospital.
About you
- Operate alternative communication systems to regularly liaise with hospital staff in the event of an emergency or security response situation.
- Prioritise workload effectively and perform duties responsibly in the absence of supervision.
- Contribute to a cohesive team environment by sharing information, supporting and assisting colleagues in a proactive manner.
