At present, we are looking for a Manager - Governance & Metrics to join our market leading client.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Manage performance monitoring, including:
Integrated KPI reporting,

Tracking of portfolio benefit,

Provide analysis and insights to inform governance and decision making.

Define set of metrics/framework to support performance measurement.

Plan and implement a capability program to measure attributes of processes, products, and services.

Create the measurement framework and align measurement objectives.

Undertake analytical activities and deliver analysis outputs, in accordance with customer needs.

Support projects/teams in the development of project and/or operational methods for measurement.

Deliver performance and progress reporting.

Clearly articulate the program objectives and alignment to strategy.

Communicate progress and support decision making, including:
Progress and KPI performance reporting;
Internal and external reporting;
Provide report interpretation and insights.

Develop organisational policies, standards, guidelines.

Manage risks and risk impact assessment and develop mitigation plans and reports.

Drive continuous improvement and maintenance of design standards.

**Skills and Experience Required**:
Relevant tertiary or postgraduate qualification.

5+ years of relevant experience.

Knowledge of technology industries (preferred).

Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiating skills

Detailed knowledge of SDLC / Agile / DevOps etc.

Telco experience a bonus.

Knowledge of ITIL framework and service model development.
