ESS is the market leading support services division of Compass Group, partnering with major companies throughout the oil and gas, mining and construction sectors. We are currently seeking a Casual Hospitality Allrounder to join our Pioneer Village, in Dalby.

The roster is flexible and we are open to either a 8/6, 10/4 or 5/2 with 12 hour days.

Locals are encouraged to apply.

The Position
- Administration duties - accommodation bookings
- Grounds maintenance
- Maintenance of pool area
- Cleaning of grounds and rooms
- Other ad hoc tasks as required

The Person
- Prior experience in working as an Allrounder, similar to a Caretaker role
- Ability to be hands on and proactive
- Must have initiative and be self-motivated
- Must be able to work autonomously and as a part of a team when required
