**About the role**:
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic Assets Program Analyst. In this role, you will primarily be responsible for developing the quality capital works programs as per Council requirements to ensure that positive community outcomes are achieved efficiently and effectively for infrastructure and Public Spaces Assets.
- Professional tertiary qualifications in Civil engineering or Asset Management.
- Sound technical knowledge of renewal treatment design, construction and maintenance
- Extensive experience in Road infrastructure, Buildings and Public Spaces capital work program development
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks within strict deadlines, deliver identified outcomes and within budget.
- Extensive experience in preparing technical specifications, cost estimates and contract management.
- Experience in supervising consultants and contractors.
- Ability to communicate with others across departments verbally and in writing to meet requirements of the role
- Ability to analyse problems by gathering information and develop a solution (in line with role responsibilities)
- Sound computer skills in relation to data collection, manipulation and data presentation using packages such as Excel, Access, Word, Microsoft Project, Assets and Pavement Management Systems.
- Current Class C drivers licence.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing excellent customer service and a highly developed understanding of customer service principles.
