Pharmacy Assistant

We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacy assistant to join our team for our brand new store located on Rokeby Road, Subiaco. We are only a short walk from Subiaco train station.

At Priceline Pharmacy Rokeby Road, we aim to delight our customers with new, exclusive and innovative health and beauty ranges. We look for team members who are caring, eager to learn and excited to help our customers achieve their health and beauty goals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Exceptional Customer Service
- Ability to provide advice and sale of S2/S3 medications (with referral to pharmacist when necessary)
- Roll out of multiple Health and Beauty Catalogues and campaigns over the course of the year
- Merchandising
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to ensure you maintain the most current knowledge for health and beauty advise
- Achieve requested KPIs (incl. Product of the Month)
- Ensure the premises is kept clean and tidy
- Communicate regularly, effectively and openly with team members to ensure business operations run smoothly and all patients get the best possible service
- Keen attention to detail
- Growth mindset, always seeking to improve the team, store environment and customer experience

Education/Qualifications:

- Completion of year 12
- S2/S3 certificate (minimum requirement)

Skills & Experience:

- Pharmacy Experience
- Priceline Experience (desirable)

**Salary**: $21.14 - $30.53 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Subiaco, WA 6008: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
