McCourt Street Pharmacy is located at the entrance to St John of God Hospital in Subiaco. Along with providing traditional pharmacy services we specialise in the hire and sale of medical supports and aids, have an extensive range of baby products and stock a wide range of unique gifts.

At McCourt Street Pharmacy we want to provide our customers with a magnificent retail experience. We aim to delight our customers with our extensive range of unique gifts expertly merchandised for maximum desirability. Our team members must provide exceptional customer service This means each and every customer is warmly welcomed upon entry into the store, assisted with any queries and provided advice where applicable on the use of over the counter medications with referral back to the pharmacist when necessary. We want you to have pride in your workplace and ensure the front of shop is always fresh, clean and well presented.

Previous Retail Experience is essential:

- Pharmacy experience (highly desirable) - scope to be trained in S2/S3 medications
- High level of Customer service
- Stock management, merchandising experience and ability to create eye-catching displays
- Create in-store promotions and events that will draw in customers and generate excitement
- Implement ideas and innovations to improve customer loyalty
- Maintain the presentation of the pharmacy (regularly changing up displays and promotions)
- Computer Skills (experience with FRED software preferable)
- Maintain QCPP manual (alongside dispensary manager)
- Self motivated with a high level of communication, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Thrive in a team environment
