SIXT Australia is seeking a **P**ermanent** **Full Time **Duty Manager** to join the team in **Hobart**.

**Your **O**pportunity**:
As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Day-to-day operational support
- Supervising the frontline team including Customer Experience Agents
- People and performance management including daily mentoring and coaching for the frontline team to maximise and drive sales
- Maintaining a strong and positive focus on customer services to manage conflict and resolve customer concerns
- Achieving targets and KPIs, and delivering high audit and compliance standard for the business
- Reporting and daily fleet management

**About you**:

- Demonstrated ability to lead a high performing team
- Exceptional customer service skills and/or experience
- Enthusiastic and drive n individual who strives to exceed targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail with a good work ethic
- Current unrestricted Provisional or Full Driver’s Licence
- Full working rights in Australia
