**Cleaning Supervisor - Kwinana Refinery**

Venita’s professional cleaning sector is currently seeking to employ a reliable and committed Cleaning Supervisor. Who is willing to provide an exceptional service based at the Kwinana Refinery.

As the Supervisor you will be responsible for daily operational cleaning requirements, ensuring that high standards of cleanliness are always delivered, and that staff are scheduled and trained to fulfil this requirement.

**Location**: Kwinana Refinery
**Shift time**: Monday to Friday, from 8.00am to 4.00pm
**Casual Pay Rate**: $30.95 p/h, plus 10.5% Superannuation

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Creating a positive and safe working environment
- Assist with on-the-job training
- Coordinate the work of Level 1 and Level 2 cleaners
- Ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Provide manager with a weekly report on site running
- Ensure inspections are completed by due date and completed in full using CleanTelligent
- Ensure rosters and timesheets collected/received by deadlines
- Cleaning duties such as: scrubbing and buffing hard floors, strip and seal floor cleaning, deep cleaning, detailed cleans of public areas including gates, food courts, collection, segregation and disposal of waste, spot cleaning, including mopping, sweeping, toilet, car park and walkway cleaning

- Personal drive & motivation, resilience, and integrity
- Extensive knowledge of the cleaning industry
- Previous experience organizing periodical cleans
- Computer literacy and basic report writing skills

- Have a strong understanding of written and verbal English

- Reliable transport to get to and from site
- Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing
- All applicants must be willing to provide a recent National Police Check, be able to pass a Medical and a Drug and Alcohol test and have a strong understanding of written and verbal English.
