**YOUR ROLE**

As an Executive Manager, Strategy & Governance you will lead strong governance for IAG’s personal lines insurance division, Direct Insurance Australia (DIA) on matters relating to Board, Board Committees and Executive reporting and strategy development, advice and insight to the Divisional Group Executive and Leadership Team to shape and align strategy.

**The role is expected to perform the following tasks**:

- Own the preparation, drafting, coordination and quality assurance of Board reporting.
- Ensure governance requirements are met.
- Provide trusted advice and strategic insight, including analysis of market trends and competitors and, tracking of assumptions underpinning the DIA Strategy
- Lead the strategy development and strategic initiatives for DIA

**ABOUT YOU**
- You are an exceptional strategic thinker and innovative problem solver, with demonstrated ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.
- You’ll have experience in leading strategy development in a large corporate or management consultancy with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong experience in fostering a customer-centric environment.
- Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders.
- Proven skills in leading multiple projects in parallel and driving project rigour, strategic insight, and successful engagement with key stakeholders.
- A good understanding of business drivers and market environment, and the ability to provide advice that demonstrates your analytical skills, financial acumen and attention to detail.
