**About The Opportunity**:

- Undertake civil surveys including construction, set-out and audits, as constructed and feature surveys
- Carry out survey calculations, drafting and reports where necessary including the use of any appropriate software to facilitate.
- Manage and control survey documentation to statutory authorities and project guidelines
- Oversee and assist with the management of third part surveying contractors.
- Develop the business surveying capability to meet requirements.
- Conduct detailed site assessments and collect survey data before, during, and after construction.
- Set out coordinates, elevations, and boundaries according to design plans to guide the construction team and mark key points on-site.
- Verify construction alignment, elevations, and slopes, ensuring all works conform to plans and specifications.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years’ experience.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Surveying.
- Experience with Topcon, Carlson, Pocket 3D or similar highly desirable.
- CAD software experience
- Proficiency in the use of surveying equipment and software.
