**Position Overview**: As the Team Leader of Soul Origin in Campbelltown Mall, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations and outstanding service of our store. You will be responsible for supervising and guiding a team of enthusiastic staff members while maintaining the highest standards of product quality, customer service, and food safety. Your strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and passion for the food industry will be critical to fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, and inspire the team to deliver exceptional customer service, uphold food quality standards, and achieve performance targets.

**Training and Development**: Conduct ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance the team's skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.

**Performance Management**: Monitor individual and team performance, providing constructive feedback, and implementing improvement plans as needed.

**Customer Service**: Ensure that customers have a delightful experience by maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, handling customer inquiries, and resolving any concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

**Operational Excellence**: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

**Inventory Management**: Assist in monitoring inventory levels, placing orders, and receiving deliveries to maintain optimal stock levels.

**Visual Merchandising**: Ensure attractive and enticing product displays that comply with Soul Origin's branding guidelines.

**Hygiene and Safety**: Enforce strict adherence to health and safety protocols to guarantee a safe and clean working environment for staff and customers.

**Sales and Targets**: Work towards achieving sales targets, participating in promotional activities, and implementing strategies to boost store revenue.

**Reporting**: Generate and submit regular reports to the store manager regarding sales, performance, and any operational issues.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the food retail industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating a positive customer experience.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with tact and diplomacy.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain composure under pressure.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $24.00 - $35.30 per hour
