About the Role
The Learning and Participation team are looking for two high performing Learning Facilitators to join their team for six months. These roles are similar however have some subtle differences:

- Learning Facilitator (STEM): responsible for supporting and facilitating RBGV's nature-based STEM learning programs for audiences at both Melbourne and Cranbourne Gardens. This role will contribute to the delivery of engaging STEM learning experiences, primarily teaching the foundations of Biomimicry, that produce high quality learning outcomes and facilitate a deeper connection to the natural world. There may be some opportunities to deliver programs regionally across Victoria.
- Learning Facilitator: utilising knowledge of environmental science, horticulture, heritage, humanities and/or civics this position is responsible for facilitating RBGV's extensive range of learning programs for audiences from 8 to 80 year. This position is based at Melbourne Gardens.

This position also contributes to the evaluation learning programs, gathering data, impact stories and feedback to include in program evaluation and reporting for continuous improvement.

You will be able to work positively within a team and with mínimal supervision with flexibility and a positive attitude.
