Clinical Assessor is looking for an experienced and exceptional Support Worker on a permanent part time basis to join our experienced team.

Role and Responsibility
- Represent the Clinical Assessor brand with enthusiasm and pride
- To assist consumers in performing daily tasks and improve and maintain overall independence and wellbeing.
- To assist the consumer to live the life they chose with dignity and respect.
- Working closely and collaboratively with consumers to explore their needs, put support in place and create opportunities to enhance their wellbeing and growth.

Main Tasks:

- Support services: cleaning, assist with shopping, laundry and ironing.
- Food services: Heating and preparing light meals.
- Personal Care: personal hygiene, toileting, showering, dressing
- Transport: appointments or shopping trips and/ or appointments
- Social and wellbeing: accompany consumers on outings or assist is required.
- Keeping detailed records of activities performed and the consumer’s progress.

Essential Skills and Qualifications
- Certificate III in Individual support
- Certificate in First Aid
- Preferred: Certificate IV Individual Support
- Minimum 2 doses of COVID 19 Vaccination
- Valid Police Check

Desirable
- A can-do attitude, enthusiasm and great communication skills
- Excellent prioritisation and organisational skills
- Prior residential aged care or home care experience
- Drivers License and Comprehensive Car Insurance
- Speak a second language is an advantage
