We require an Enthusiastic Care Staff Employee to work FULL-TIME AFTERNOON SHIFT (2.15PM-10.15PM) 5 days per week, caring for our residents and making a positive contribution to their daily lives.

Our staff work holistically to provide high-quality care and support to our residents based on interactions that are engaging, compassionate and considerate to their individual needs, preferences, identity, culture & diversity.

**Skills & Experience**
- **Able to work 5 shifts per week (2.15PM-10.15PM)**:

- ** A** **Certificate IV in Ageing Support** **with**medication unit**:

- ** Must have full working rights - UNRESTRICTED HOURS**:

- ** Minimum 2 years experience in Aged Care**:

- Previous experience and an understanding of Dementia Support
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative, integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
