**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
You will join an established team in the ongoing operational expansion of the Desktop environment, underpinned by a variety of cloud and in-house technologies supporting the Windows, Apple, and Chromebook platforms.

**KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Although this is a non-technical role, you must have a general understanding of IT process and have proven experience in the coordination and delivery of technical projects and their initiatives.
- Experience in managing project documentation, ability to collate and provide progress reporting and be able to liaise with stakeholders ensuring all milestones, timelines and associated deliverables are achieved according to the schedule.

**ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS**:

- Demonstrated experience in managing technical implementation initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience representing technical teams in project delivery engagements and building stakeholder relationships.
- Ability to successfully translate technical objectives to a non-technical audience.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Strong verbal and written communication and organisational skills.
- Strong understanding of ITIL disciplines, particularly change management and solution implementation.
