About The Role

As a Customer Success Manager you will work with our Enterprise customers to drive value from their investment in Buildkite. As their advocate and trusted advisor, you will help to understand their goals, drive expansion and be the bridge between them and our product team. You will have worked in a role where you have been able to build relationships with Enterprise customers, and have expanded those relationships within each. You are excited by emerging technology, and love to think outside the box to find the best solutions for your customers.

**Responsibilities**:
- Build and foster trusted relationships with customers while driving engagement, retention and growth.-
- Surface feature requests and insights to our Product teams.-
- Follow the Customer Success Framework to ensure you are moving through the customer journey stages to build a strong and healthy business, with optimized and standardized processes.-
- Work with the SA and Product teams to develop and share best practices with customers with specific use cases.-
- You are responsible for enterprise renewals and collaborate closely with sales on expansion leads.-
- Help drive and capture customer references and customer success stories.**Skills**:
- Experience in a client-facing role ideally managing relationships with enterprise and mid-market customers, preferably in the technology (SaaS) industry-
- Experience in understanding technical concepts-
- You care deeply about customers and hold yourself accountable to delivering feedback and solutions in a timely fashion.-
- You love to go the extra mile and can juggle conflicting priorities.-
- You are a self-starter and have a willingness to tackle things on your own.-
- You excel in setting goals and exceeding them, and have a history of overachieving targets.-
- You have strong project-management/organizational skills-
- Excellent written and verbal English language, and prefer to speak plainly and personally-
- Love working with people, are empathetic and enjoy solving problemsBonus If You Have- Strong familiarity with current DevOps concepts and CI/CD-
