National Facilities Manager

We are looking for a National Facilities Manager to join our Store Support Centre located in Rochedale. Reporting to the General Manager of Property, you will lead Facilities Management by overseeing our 79 leasehold sites including 67 stores.
This role is an exciting blend of both traditional facilities management, paired with innovative project work, and you will represent the growth of the Amart brand to both internal and external stakeholders in everything you do.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Reactive and routine repairs and maintenance
- Contractor management - MHE, fire, air-con etc.
- Budgets - Capex and Opex
- Weekly afterhours (infrequent)
- Compliance - MHE, racking, emergency procedures, AFSS
- Site safety (shared responsibility)
**About you**:
To be successful in this role you must have an established background in leasing and property management, and you’ll be able to build relationships quickly with both internal and external stakeholders. You will need to have strong attention to detail, be able to multi-task and work to tight deadlines. You’ll be a team player and enjoy contributing your expertise to a dedicated and passionate department
