**ABOUT THE **ROLE**:
**Summary of the role: The Patient Services Assistant will be an integral member of our hospital team and provide patient centric cleaning duties, food and beverage services, transportation of patients, and general ward and patient support.**
- Permanent Full time, part time or casual
- multiple positions available.
- Monday to Sunday shifts available.
- Day shift, afternoon shifts & night shifts available.
- Located at Werribee Mercy Hospital.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Health Services Assistant Certificate 3, or working towards obtaining.
- Current Food Handling Certificate.
- Previous experience in Healthcare desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to show initiative and work within a team environment.
- Highly developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to understand Patients' diet codes.
- A commitment to policies and procedures in order to maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients, staff and members of the public.
