**The Centre**
The centre is a family owned Kindergarten and earl learning centre located in the Waterford West area in Logan.

**The Role**:
The Centre is seeking a Assistant director who has a passion for not only our little people but also our big people. Our Educators and Centre Director have established incredible relationships and are looking for their next team member to strengthen those bonds and to support the team and Centre Director in the managing of the service while maintaining the strong team culture which has been embedded in the centre.

**About you**:
To be successful in the role you would have incredible relationship building abilities, a passion for the early years and the ability to think quick on your feet. We are open to working with an exceptional Lead Educator with fantastic leadership abilities who is able hit the ground running and have a positive meaningful impact with their new team.
- Diploma of Early Childhood or equivalent
