**The role**

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join us as we grow and develop our warehouse team, based in our Pemulwuy DC.
- Reporting to the DC Manager and Supervisor
- Responsible for liaising with Sales & Warehouse staff on a regular basis
- Day-to-day warehouse activities and adherence to company Policies & Procedures including those relating to warehouse operations.
- Provide additional team support on the floor
- Ensure operational efficiency in receiving, put away and stock orders
- Assist with an effective and professional approach to problem solving
- Identify areas of improvement with the team.
- Ensuring you are following our established WH&S policies and procedures.

**About You**
- Previous experience in a Teamleader role preferably in a DC environment
- A current forklift licence with high reach experience essential
- Experience in heavy vehicle or commercial spare parts or in a similar industry will be advantageous
- An intermediate level of computer skills, including a comprehensive knowledge of inventory and freight systems
- Experience in the use of RF scanners is preferred but not essential
- Available to work on rostered Saturdays essential
