Seeking an experienced Property Analyst for a 12-month temporary contract with a State Government team

**Your new company**

A major State Government department based in Perth CBD, is seeking an experienced Property Analyst to support the Property and Assets division. Initially, this role is being offered on a temporary engagement for 12-months, however has the opportunity to transfer to a permanent contract if you are the right fit. You will be required to work full-time hours, with flexible work arrangements on offer.

**Your new role**

As a Property Analyst, you will be responsible for a range of duties including:

- Undertaking comprehensive property analysis and research, providing relevant data and trends that will support commercial activities in the team
- Assist and contribute to the progression of complex development proposals and business cases
- Assist in providing advice and guidance on effective planning and implementation of property development prospects and proposals
- Build and maintain strong working relationships and networks with clients

**What you'll need to succeed**

In order to be considered, you will demonstrate previous experience in a similar role, in addition to:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in commerce, business, property development or equivalent
- Demonstrated experience in analysis and development in a property environment
- Knowledge of the property market and / or property and housing industry
- Strong interpersonal skills with confidence liaising with all levels of stakeholders
- Advanced written communication skills with confidence in writing business cases and proposals
- Excellent analytical and research skills
