**Role Overview**

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **National Operations Manager** to oversee the commercial performance and profitability of the 8 sites within the Heavy Motor network. You'll shape our strategy, oversee site performance, and cultivate a high-performing team.

**Key Responsibilities**
- ** Safety Culture**: Implement and strengthen safety protocols consistently across all Wales sites.
- ** Business Strategy**: Playing a central role in crafting and implementing long-term business strategy, driving growth, and innovation on a national level
- ** Service Strategy**: Develop and implement a service strategy that differentiates AMA Group in the market.
- ** Stakeholder Relationships**: Build strong relationships with insurers, suppliers, and internal team members.
- ** Team Development**: Develop team members through formal and informal training and manage people-related matters in line with AMA standards.
- ** Financial Management**: Collaborate with Finance Manager to prepare budgets, deliver monthly reports, and contribute to business performance evaluations
- ** Operational Efficiency**: Evaluate and refine operational procedures to enhance efficiencies and identify avenues for cost control improvement.

- Demonstrated leadership ability within a service-based industry.

- Previous experience managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
- Proven experience in driving and leading change within a multi-site production management environment
