**The Role**:
**Key Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Receive and manage incoming calls from Insurance Companies & Customers
- Allocate Contractors for Makesafe Claims
- Coordinate projects with Customers and Contractors
- Provide a high level of personalised customer service
- Manage client relationships and correspondence
- Creation of Makesafe Reports
- Manage Contractors invoicing
- Build out invoices for Makesafe claims
- Create a memorable experience for our clients and their customers
- Use various programs and client portals at any one time
**Criteria**:
- Strong customer experience background
- Prior experience in an office-based role
- Trade Coordination experience favourable
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Strong computer literacy
- Excellent data entry skills
- Positive attitude and a desire to go above and beyond
- Background in a call centre environment advantageous, however not essential
- Experience in the insurance or construction industry advantageous, however not essential
