**What You Will Be Doing**

As the Education Team Leader for the Emergency Department you will be responsible for developing and implementing key strategies to enhance the clinical capability of the Emergency nursing Workforce emphasising on safe, personal effective and connected care.

The Team Lead works, in collaboration and consultation with the Critical Care Education Stream lead, to plan, implement, deliver and evaluate learning programs based on local and organisational strategic objectives.

The team lead is accountable for the support, management and performance of the clinical education staff with the Emergency education team.

An exciting opportunity to lead the team as we approach the Frankston Hospital Redevelopment Project opening in 2026.

**What You Need**

Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration

Postgraduate qualification in Emergency/Critical Care Nursing

Extensive Emergency Experience

Postgraduate qualification in education, management or research.

This position is Permanant Part Time (0.8EFT/4 days per week) based at Frankston Hospital.

**Additional Requirements**
- Please refer to NURSES AND MIDWIVES (VICTORIAN PUBLIC SECTOR) SINGLE INTEREST EMPLOYER AGREEMENT 2024-2028 salary circular for salary range. Sub-grading will be based on years of experience.
