**Project Admin Officer - NSW Government**

A Project Admin Officer is required by a NSW Government department based in Yass on an initial 3-month contract with likely extensions.
- **Location: Yass**:

- **Hours: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week**:

- **Pay rate: Up to $50 per hour + Super**:

- **Contract length: 3 months with potential extensions**

**Primary Purpose of the Role**:
As the Project Admin Officer, you will be responsible for undertaking a range of project support activities to support the group’s line management & project delivery staff to facilitate the effective & efficient delivery of scheduled works.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Prepare works management plans, coordinate plant operator assessments as well as investigating complaints & carry out asset inspections
- Ensure accurate collection & collation of project information using database management systems
- Provide advice to team members on administrative & procedural matters where appropriate
- Assist in the development of resource schedules & procurement of resources following current guidelines

**About You**:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent experience working in project management/project support & administration
- Proficiency in administrative tasks including scheduling, data management as well as resource management
- Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
- Outstanding organizational skills including strong attention to detail & the ability to maintain up-to-date information
