**The Opportunity**
In your new role you will drive contractor performance and manage administrative and operational activities to achieve efficiencies across our sites. You will collaborate with a dedicated team to deliver exceptional customer service and stakeholder engagement throughout the organisation.
You will play a key role in developing forward-thinking maintenance and capital expenditure strategies, while incorporating sustainable best practices, including ESD. This role will allow you to shape the future of facilities operations while driving impactful change across our office, depots, and network property assets.
**About You**
- Relevant qualifications at degree level and/or experience in facilities (or similar) management and Certificate III in a relevant trade.
- High level expertise in document preparation (concise reports, briefs and technical documents), written and verbal communication skills and organisational and time management skills
- Cooperative approach to working in a team
