- Retail or F2F hospitality experience (desirable)

We are a well known Australian Energy Efficiency firm situated in Melbourne, Victoria and we are expanding. Due to our company's increasing demand, we are looking for passionate Customer Service/Sales Consultants to become the newest additions to our Energy team.

**About The Opportunity**

The primary purpose of these positions is to assist Australians to reduce costly electricity bills and finding them cheaper alternatives.

In doing this, you will also assist the company in achieving and exceeding targets through superior customer service and having a can do attitude.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager some of your responsibilities will include:

- Respond to inbound inquiries and warm leads
- Provide Comparison for our clients
- Provide detailed information to customers
- Thrive to achieve KPI's and sales targets
- Have fun and get the job done

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $55,041.83 per year
