**The Company**:
Our client is a leading engineering company that supports a range of private and public sector customers throughout Australia. They repair, overhaul and maintain equipment within heavy engineering environments. Based in Sydney’s Northern Beaches they have warehouse and workshop facilities to support their field staff working on projects. From this location they import, maintain sufficient stock levels and dispatch spare parts and engineering equipment.

**The Role**:
Playing a key role in the success of the business by receipting goods, overseeing stock / inventory control and pick, pack and dispatch, the Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for:

- Working closely with Production Management, Engineering, Sales and Suppliers.
- Performing stock takes and maintaining required stock levels.
- Driving inventory and supply chain process improvement.
- Managing warehouse safety and WHS compliance.
- Use of ERP / MRP for inventory management.
- Executing picking orders and arranging all project parts.
- Prioritising orders and problem solving.
- Operating forklift and other warehouse equipment.

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- 2 to 3 years + warehouse, logistics, inventory management experience.
- Previous experience managing stock control audits.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy.
- Must be a Team Player.
- Require a current Forklift license.
