About the role

FRP Engineering is seeking a full-time Storeperson/Materials Handler to join our vibrant team in Canning Vale, Western Australia. In this role, you will be responsible for the efficient and organised management of our warehouse and the movement of materials and equipment to support our manufacturing and distribution operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Receiving, unloading, and inspecting incoming inventory and materials
  • Supporting the production team by ensuring the timely supply of materials and components, packing,
  • Accurately picking, packing, and dispatching orders to customers
  • Organising and managing the warehouse layout to optimise storage and retrieval
  • Operating forklifts and other materials handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Keeping detailed records of all stock movements and inventory levels
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Storeperson, Materials Handler, or in a similar warehousing/logistics role
  • Forklift licence and demonstrated experience operating materials handling equipment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Commitment to workplace health and safety
