**Position 1: Sandwich Maker (Morning Shift)**

**Shift**: Early morning start (5:00 AM - 6:00 AM)

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and assemble sandwiches, wraps, and baguettes.
- Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks.
- Maintain cleanliness and food hygiene standards.

**Position 2: Kitchen Hand (Afternoon Shift)**

**Shift**: 11:00 AM - 3:00/4:00 PM

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with general kitchen preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness, including dishwashing and sanitising work areas.
- Support the team with any additional kitchen duties as required.

**Requirements for Both Roles**
- Prior experience in food preparation or kitchen work is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and food safety standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
- A driver’s licence and/or access to a car is advantageous.
