**The role**

The Safety and Quality Service Administrator supports Carrier Australia across EHS and quality domains, ensuring exceptional customer service for external and internal stakeholders. As a central communication link, this role facilitates effective coordination between internal customers, on-site technicians, and the broader service and commercial teams.

**Key responsibilities**

We are looking for pro active Safety and Quality Service Administrator with the ability to provide an excellent experience to internal client and our clients in the field. Therefore, you will;
- Take a lead role in overseeing and supporting the safety reports, registers, and statistics database for reporting and continuous analysis to enhance safety per the MYSOH framework.
- Assist in implementing Carrier National EH&S strategic planning and review and update the EHS Management System programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate in the development and standardisation of safety system processes, including Risk Assessments, SWMS (Safe Work Method Statements), and Risk Registers.
- Provide coaching and support to ensure that all work is carried out safely without endangering the health and safety of employees.
- Establish strong working relationships with Carrier branches across the country.
- Aid in optimising the Carrier EHSQ (Environmental Health, Safety, and Quality) management system, focusing on maintaining high health, safety, and environmental practices, including the MYOSH safety management system.
- Support the onboarding process for new staff members, including procuring PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and uniforms.
- Actively participate in Environmental Health and Safety activities and contribute to achieving EHS targets for the business.
- Work harmoniously with colleagues, respecting their rights and adhering to company requirements.
- Maintain high ethical and professional standards to earn the respect of both customers and coworkers.
- Take the lead in championing Artic licenses, ensuring compliance and competence.

**Requirements**:
To be successful in this opportunity as a minimum you must have:

- Minimum 12 months experience in a safety admin role or similar
- Strong customer focus
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Good customer service skills and highly customer focused
- Results oriented with attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability and initiative
- Demonstrated success in organising multiple and diverse tasks within a flexible working environment
