We are currently hiring for a professional and reliable **Inventory Team Leader **to join our growing team at our Crestmead Fulfilment Centre. As an Inventory Team Leader your role is critical to the success of our business where you will be challenged daily to improve areas of safety, efficiency, inventory management and customer experience.

**Inventory Team Leader**

The role the Inventory Team Leader plays in our fulfilment centre is to document the receiving, movement and accuracy of inventory. This will include stock takes, cycle counts and adhoc checks to ensure stock levels are accurate.

This position will be rostered Monday to Friday. Some weekend work will be required to support the operation in peak periods.

**What you'll be doing...**:

- Monitoring correct zoning of all SKU’s within the warehouse, considering pick efficiency, safety and replenishment rate.
- Overseeing kitting teams
- Oversee the ongoing training and coaching of staff
- Assisting management by ensuring staff are following procedure.
- Assisting management by helping execute tasks they’re assigned. Manage employees to ensure they’re effective and promoting a positive culture.
- Assist the business by always updating trackers, coaching documents and reporting mechanisms.
- Leading by example when it comes to WHS standards, and raising issues with your immediate manager quickly and without delay.
- Ensure pickface and storage tracking sheets are updated in preparation for each shift.
- Missing reports are downloaded and assist with overall reduction of missing value.
- Guide and assist with warehouse housekeeping duties

**About you...**:

- Proven Inventory experience in a fast paced warehouse environment (B2C or eCommerce preferred).
- Have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and work with competing priorities.
- Must be physically fit to perform all duties in the warehouse.
- You are a reliable and collaborative team member.
- Safety is a non-negotiable for you and you are able to adhere to Safe Operating Procedures.
- You have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- WMS Experience.
- Intermediate Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Forklift licence (high reach/counterbalance unit) desirable but not essential.
