**About the opportunity**:
Are you looking for a fast paced and diverse position that utilises your skills, knowledge and experience on the backhoe?

Due to internal progression an opportunity is now available for a highly skilled plant operator to undertake the safe operation of the backhoe for the maintenance teams. This well rounded position also has a labouring component where you will utilise your skills and abilities in concreting, asphalting, sediment control and landscaping to complete many diverse projects around the Cessnock local government area and make your contribution towards our community.

**Total Remuneration: $62,475 - $72,185 per annum (see below for breakdown)**:

- Base Salary: $55,145 - $63,853 per annum
- Plus 11.5% superannuation ($6,443 - $7,445)
- Plus Adverse Working Conditions Allowance: ($887.40)

This role also has a potential to undertake up to 5 hours overtime per week ($10,883 - $12,602 per annum based on 5 hour range - not included in total remuneration)
