**Join Our Extraordinary Team as a Care Specialist Consultant**

**About the role**:
As a Care Specialist Consultant at Prestige Inhome Care, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your main responsibility is to handle initial enquiries and guide clients through the sign-up process. You'll have the opportunity to upsell services and emphasize the importance of case management for our Home Care Package clients. Working closely with our Case Management team, your goal is to ensure clients choose Prestige, sign documents, and start receiving our exceptional services.

**About you**:
If you have a genuine passion for helping others and possess outstanding customer service skills, this role is perfect for you. Your ability to connect with people through active listening, empathy, and professionalism is unparalleled. You excel in communication, both written and verbal, and have a talent for building rapport and making people feel comfortable. Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive nature make you a reliable and trustworthy team member. Previous experience in sales or client services is desirable, and knowledge of Government Funded Home Care Packages and Aged Care Services is a plus.
