Sustainability Analyst

**The role**:
As a Sustainability Analyst, you will play a key role in our Sustainable Operations team in the APAC region. You will support varied projects from client onboarding to managing existing real estate portfolios, leading sustainability initiatives, environmental data capture, reporting, and analysis.
This role will have hybrid work arrangements - working 3 days in the office in Melbourne CBD and 2 days from home.
**Snapshot of the roles**:
Collect, analyze and interpret sustainability data (energy, water, waste, emissions)
Review and refine technical aspects of sustainability initiatives
Present performance metrics to key stakeholders
Produce regular sustainability performance reports
Identify improvement opportunities and engage stakeholders
Prepare business cases for environmental projects
Conduct research on sustainability best practices and trends
Manage project administration including documentation of key decisions and meeting minutes

**Requirements**:
Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Science or related field with passion in sustainability
2+ years of experience supporting sustainability operations, environmental reporting and/or utility management
Strong project management skills with ability to meet deadlines
Knowledge of energy procurement and renewable options will be an added advantage
Proficient in data analysis tools including Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication abilities with ability to engage with diverse stakeholders
