In this world of growing sustainability expectations, making sure you have access to the right advice has never been so important. We are seeking for a driven and passionate Sustainability Analyst to join us in Melbourne. You will be part our wider Sustainable Operations team, providing environmental reporting and improvements for a national portfolio across varied asset classes. You will be analysing critical environmental data and providing recommendations that drive measurable changes.Whilst this is a hybrid role, please note that you will be required to attend the office three days a week in the inner CBD.**Key Responsibilities:*** Analyse and interpret sustainability performance data including energy consumption, water usage, waste management, and greenhouse gas emissions* Prepare compelling reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for clients* Manage utility billing coordination and prepare financial budgets, accruals, and forecasts for energy and water* Identify sustainability improvement opportunities and develop business cases for environmental projects* Conduct sustainability data audits and present performance metrics to key stakeholders* Research industry best practices, trends, and technological advancements in sustainability* Collaborate with Facility Managers to implement solutions that reduce environmental impacts* Support project management initiatives to deliver client-approved sustainability projects**Key Skills and Requirement:*** Tertiary education in Finance, Engineering, Science, or related field* Demonstrated experience in analysing sustainability performance data* Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools* Exceptional research, analytical, and problem-solving skills* Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with talent for presenting complex information clearly* Strong stakeholder engagement skills across diverse audiences
