**About this role**
You'll be joining the largest public health system in Australia and contribute to a world-class health system in NSW.
- You will be working in a specialist team and be focused on all aspects of the implementation and monitoring of a trial of body worn cameras across NSW Health. This role provides the ideal opportunity to enhance complex project management skills and the delivery of project outcomes in a supportive and engaged environment._
**Crown Clerk 11/12**, starting salary from $139,787 - $161,663 plus Super and annual leave loading, with a 35-hour work week.

**What you'll be doing**
In this role you will be driving a key project aimed at reducing incidents of violence. Specifically, you will lead all aspects of the NSW Health trial of body worn cameras, including:
- Implementation of BWC at trial sites
- All internal and external stakeholder management
- Managing the ICTA contract and performance requirements
- Ongoing site support and monitoring
- Development of written resources for a wide range of audiences
- Creation and monitoring of the strategic evaluation framework
- Managing all internal and external communication strategies_._
**About you**
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:
- Demonstrated extensive skills and experience in managing all stages of the project and policy cycle (planning, development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation)
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent professional experience
- An understanding of electronic security equipment and security operations
- The ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong communication skills that can be applied effectively to a range of different audiences
- The ability to work in a small dynamic team environment.
