**About the Role**
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including reception and back-of-house activities.
- Lead a team of Retail Assistants and Groomers, inspiring them to achieve greatness.
- Train and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Maintain an outstanding customer experience and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Oversee inventory and merchandising, ensuring a well-stocked and appealing boutique.
- Manage staff performance and rostering efficiently.
- Embrace a FULL-TIME schedule: Tuesday to Saturday
