Your New Role
Working in a fun, friendly, and supportive team, within a vibrant office, you will resolve customer enquiries from deliveries to collections through to returns and refunds - No two days are the same
About You
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you can deliver superb customer service. You may be from a retail, sales, hospitality or contact centre background, you will have the ability to juggle multiple issues whilst being perceptive of customer needs. You will possess great communication skills, both verbal and written, combined with a high level of listening skills. This role will involve shift patterns and some weekend work.
