Your New Role

About You
Reporting to the Customer Service Team Leader, you have a proven track record of delivering superb customer service. Your background may be in retail, sales, hospitality, or contact centers, equipping you with the ability to navigate multiple issues while being attuned to customer needs. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, paired with active listening abilities, are your strong suits. This role may involve shift patterns and some weekend work, so flexibility is essential.
