**About The Role**

We're looking for a Credit Analyst to join our fast-growing team in Sydney. Reporting to the Head of Credit, this role is essential to ensuring we deliver high-quality credit decisions while maintaining exceptional service for our customers and broker network.

**Over The First 6-12 Months, You Will**:

- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, including brokers, to resolve queries and provide excellent service.
- Contribute to improving credit processes, including automating workflows and enhancing efficiency.
- Maintain compliance with policies and procedures to ensure high credit quality.
- Manage priorities and deadlines to meet SLAs and achieve team goals.

**What We're Looking For**
- Experience in residential lending or credit assessment with a strong understanding of key metrics.
- Knowledge of both conforming and non-conforming lending practices is preferred.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks and make informed credit decisions.
- High attention to detail, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Friendly and proactive with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
- A desire to learn, grow, and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in financial services, fintech, or a start-up environment.
- A passion for innovation and enhancing customer and partner experiences.
