Build and maintain positive relationships with children, families, educators, staff and management to deliver best outcomes for families
- Contribute to the educational program under the direction of the lead Educator to provide a high quality program for all children
- Assist with the smooth running of the room in line with relevant regulations, policies and procedures under the direction of the Lead Educator.
- Contribute to the collection, recording and evaluation of children's records and observations as required under the National Quality Standards and regulatory authority
- Assist with the assessment and planning cycle to design programs that enhance and extend each child's learning and development.

Essential Experience / Qualification
- Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework
- Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
- Current CPR, First Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Valid Working with Children Check
- Child Protection Training
- Traineeship program available

**Salary**: $44,760.58 - $66,531.39 per year
