**Labour Hire - Afterhours Consultant**

Immediate Start - we are seeking an experienced after hours consultant to join our after hours team, rostered hours from 1am to 8.30am Monday to Friday (some flexibility may be required to cover other shifts on occasion)

Work from home opportunity

**In this position you will be required to**:

- take after hours calls from clients and our casuals
- updating and managing rosters
- client vacancies are filled at short notice
- high level administration to meet internal compliance and safety obligations

**what you will need to succeed**:

- Previous experience working in the labour hire industry would be highly regarded
- previous experience working in blue collar recruitment
- ability to work at a fast pace and multi-task
- customer service focus with relationship building and phone manner
- able to work autonomously and make sound decisions
- sound admin skills and attention to detail
- outstanding verbal and written communication skills combined with a good level of influencing and persuasive skills
- Ability to manage multiple time-driven tasks to completion
