We are seeking an experienced restaurant supervisor to join this exciting venue. This role will afford you the opportunity to supervise service shifts across multiple outlets, work closely with the management team and develop your management skills through the support and mentorship of our friendly managers. If you enjoy working in a busy and thrilling environment, do not let this opportunity pass by.

Led by our Venue Manager, immerse yourself in a culture of maximising client satisfaction, operational excellence and high quality food offerings.

**Does this sound like you?**
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- High attention to detail and strong leadership skills
- Ability to roster staff, both permanent and casual labour
- Amazing customer service skills, cash handling and food preparation
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the restaurant is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve restaurant operations and increase customer satisfaction
- Ability to think outside the box, be creative and innovative
- Current RSA Certificate is a must
- A working understanding of food safety practices
- Available full time
