Illuminance Solutions is a leading, highly successful and innovative Australian Microsoft partner organization who provides Dynamic 365, Wiise and Microsoft Business Central leading enterprise software solutions across Australia. Due to strong growth, they are diversifying into Finance Transformation Services and as a result an exciting career opportunity available in Perth where they are looking for a Finance Analyst-ERP, who will play a key role in the consulting group of the business, working with a variety of customers in designing, configuring, and implementing ERP Financial software.

**Key Objectives and Responsibilities**

As a Finance Analyst-ERP, you will be utilizing your expertise in core accounting and finance domain to understand client requirements and recommend best practices for higher adoption of technology. You will work closely with team members and clients in design, development phase to eliminate process and technical limitations and deliver optimal solution for compelling client experience.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Analyzing processes particularly within core accounting and finance workstreams such as Procure To Pay (PTP), Order To Cash (OTC) and Record To Report (RTR)
- Performing current state assessments and GAP analysis
- Performing financial and operational data analysis and presenting findings with effective visuals and reports to highlight existing issues to clients.
- Participating in discussions with clients for potential areas of improvements by introducing Microsoft D365 products
- Leveraging the experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance reporting to optimize financial reporting cycle and accuracy of reports.
- Assisting clients during design phase to rationalize Chart of Accounts structure and approval workflow within workstream for maintaining internal controls.
- Engaging with third parties if necessary to facilitate customization and integration of ERP software.
- Supporting technical team in delivering transformation projects covering both strategy and planning through to implementation and training
- Mapping business requirements to functional requirements.
- Assisting team in drafting project reports for stakeholder reporting
- collaborating with Principal Consultant and developers on setting products’ roadmaps and designs

**Qualification Required**
- Fully qualified CPA or equivalent qualification from a recognized professional body

**Essential Skills & Experience**
- 2+ years’ experience in Finance Analyst role working with financial or ERP software.
- 2+ examples of working on Finance transformation / finance improvement projects using financial automation software.
- Experience with process improvement and automation in RTR, PTP or OTC
- Systems knowledge, e.g. AR / AP, expense, finance close, reporting, consolidation
- Understands business process, particularly Account Reconciliation, month end and policies and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Salary**: $95,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift

- Perth, WA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
