We are now recruiting for an experienced disability support worker with mental health experience, who can assist our client in the Croydon area with Mental health issues (Clients has no behaviours of concerns)

We are now recruiting for an experienced disability support worker with mental health experience, who can assist our clients in the Croydon area with Mental health issues (Clients has no behaviours of concerns)

**Your Duties may Include (but not limited to)**
- Assisting the client one on one in-home
- Mentoring
- Capacity building - Independent skill building - therapy assistance
- Assisting the client to achieve NDIS goals
- Assisting client with domestic duties when required
- Assisting client with community access
- Assistance With Travel/Transport Arrangements.

Flexible shift time but during weekday and consistent 3.5 hours available per week.

About You:

- Must have experience dealing with mental health experience
- We require all our support workers to be reliable, committed, and empathetic individuals to provide quality care.
- Female support worker with experience in dealing with clients with mental health issues.
- Ability to manage and deescalate anger outburst, provide guidance and support to manage conflicts.
- NDIS Screening check required
- CPR and first aid
- Driving licences
- Must have a car for transporting client for community access
- Able to commence work asap

Part-time hours: 3.5 per week

Pay: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
