Reporting to the General Manager Operations, the Group Manager - Technical Services role is responsible for maintenance across all airport assets.

Our Manager - Technical Services will ideally have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

- Facilities Maintenance including programing, prioritising, coordinating planned maintenance and corrective works on airport.
- Establishment of robust systems and process for technical support for operational facilities.
- Technical Services contracts management including reporting, auditing, and performance measurement, ensuring clear objectives and outcomes are identified.
- Long term planning of assests and infrastructure requirements including developing buiness cases for future initiatives and requirements.
- Delivery of minor capital works.
- Financial managemnet of facilities contracts, activities and budgets.
- Detailed Design documentation

Our Manager - Technical Assets will ideally have the following qualifications, skills and knowledge:

- Relevant recognised tertiary or trade qualifications and/or extensive experience in a similar role managing and maintaining assets utilising internal and external trades.
- Experience in the implementation of asset management and maintenance plans.
- High degree of knowledge in the development of specifications, quote documents, and tender/quote assessment, and in report writing.
- High level interpersonal skills to liaise and negotiate with members of government agencies, emergency services, tenants and operators at all levels.
