**Your role**:
As an Intelligence Advisor, you will be on the frontline working on in-house SaaS platform, become the SME, and be responsible for converting customer needs and intelligence requirements into tailored technical support and engagements to both support product sales and ensure ongoing customer success.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support pre-sales enablement through SaaS demonstrations and tradecraft advice to ensure a solution-first approach is presented to customers.
- Support ongoing customer success with specialist advice through direct engagement across private and public sector.
- Create and deliver customer solutions including tailored presentations, training, troubleshooting, and general account administration.
- Contribute to SaaS platform ideation, research, and development support.
- Conduct and present research across a broad range of topics for internal and external audiences.
- Attend virtual and in-person conferences to support the sales team.
- Support philanthropic endeavours through analyst contributions.

**Experience required**:

- Experience working as an intelligence analyst or similar role is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable experience in delivering successful outcomes within an investigative, intelligence or similar operational environment (either Government or Private Sector).
- Familiarity with SaaS environment/intelligence software solutions.
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.

- Location: Australia.
- Working arrangements: Company Office in Sydney, however flexible working arrangements available.
- Expectation of ability to conduct occasional travel for customer and team engagements.
